HOW CAN I STOP RAIN WATER FROM FLOWING INTO MY TERRACE?

When we contacted our client, he explained that when it rained strongly, water from his garden ended up at his terrace.

ArchitecTo-Go needed to know the location of the house and a photograph of the surroundings.

In order to solve the problem, we need to know what causes it.

After studying the location and design of the terrace and garden we concluded that the reason for this to happen is that the adjacent garden had no rain drainage. Our professionals suggested that a French Drain should solve the problem entirely.

French Drain or weeping tile is a trench filled with gravel or rock or containing a perforated pipe that redirects surface water and groundwater away from an area.

Experts must build this solution because you need to dig a trench, fill it with gravel and install a perforated pipe to collect water and send it to the storm drain system.
